They do not constitute dispatch instructions. You retain full operational and regulatory responsibility for all dispatch decisions made using or informed by the Service.
Avrenix is not a NERC-registered balancing authority, scheduling coordinator, or market participant. The Service operates within your own control systems and market participation framework. Nothing in the Service output creates any obligation on Avrenix with respect to the outcome of dispatch decisions.

Any performance figures shown in the product or on this site — forecast accuracy, revenue uplift, cost or demand-charge reduction, simulation coverage, throughput, or similar metrics — are either illustrative examples used to demonstrate the interface, or are computed on your own operational data during a pilot. They are not audited operating results, and we do not publish results attributed to named customers.

The platform ingests third-party data including ISO/RTO price signals, weather forecasts, and utility tariff data. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data inputs. Avrenix is not liable for losses arising from errors, delays, or failures in third-party data sources.
Weather forecast data is provided by third-party NWP ensemble providers. Price data is sourced from ISO/RTO public APIs. Utility tariff data is compiled from public filings and updated on a best-efforts basis. Tariff data may not reflect the most recent utility rate filings in all cases.

Certain account actions are irreversible. Changing your industry across the meter (front-of-meter to or from behind-the-meter) permanently deletes all sites and data outside the newly selected segment.
NOTE — A cross-segment industry change is irreversible and non-refundable and permanently deletes data outside the new segment. You are required to export your data first and are responsible for retaining it; only an account owner can initiate it; and it takes effect only on confirmed payment — a failed payment changes nothing.
